FeyWriter is a very intuitive and easy-to-use CD and DVD burning software tool. Its very friendly initial interface shows you six big and self-explanatory buttons which allow you to easily perform all the most common CD and DVD burning tasks, producing high-quality results.
Among the tasks you can achieve through this program, you can create data or audio CDs and DVDs and video DVDs, write the contents of an image file (e.g., ISO file) onto a CD or DVD or create an ISO file from them, make a direct copy of a disc, as well as erase or format rewritable discs. In addition, it also supports double-layer DVDs.
Once you click on any of the buttons, the program interface will let you choose the data, audio or video files required, according to the type of compilation you are creating. You can always check the disc properties before performing any task, and a progress bar will keep you informed about the space available.
The program is free - however, it requires you to install a web browser add-on called the "WebScout" toolbar. FeyWriter is compatible with all Microsoft Windows versions from Windows 2000.
